1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCs) aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties within the context of the online sale of collectible products offered by MLM DISTRIBUTION SAS via the website
collectorcarplaques.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”). By accessing the Site and placing an order, the buyer (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) accepts these TCs without reservation. They take precedence over any other document originating from the Client or third parties.
2. Products
2.1 Product Description
The collectible plates offered for sale on the site
collectorcarplaques.com exclusive, made-to-order products. Each plate is created based on the number of referenced car models available worldwide. Additionally, it is possible to personalize each plate by engraving the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) of the car, adding a unique and authentic touch to each product. This means that the products are not kept in stock but are produced specifically for each order placed by the Client.
2.2 Availability
The collectible plates are made-to-order and in limited quantities, based on the availability of car models worldwide. This production method ensures the exclusivity of each plate. Due to the nature of made-to-order production, manufacturing times may vary. The Client will be informed of estimated times on the product page of the site and, if not, during the order process.
2.3 Uniqueness of Products
Each plate is unique and may include specific details based on the information available for the referenced car model. The option to engrave the car’s VIN further enhances this exclusivity, making each plate truly personal and unique. This custom production ensures that each collector receives a product that reflects the exclusivity and rarity of the model in question.
3. Price
3.1 Product Prices
Product prices are shown in euros (€) for customers residing in Europe and in US dollars ($) for customers from the rest of the world. These prices include all taxes (TTC), unless otherwise stated. They do not include delivery fees, which will be added to the total order amount before the order is confirmed.
3.2 Price Changes
MLM DISTRIBUTION SAS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation by the Client.
3.3 Customs Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties or other local taxes may be required upon the package’s arrival in the Client’s country. These duties and taxes, which are beyond the control of MLM DISTRIBUTION SAS, are the Client’s responsibility.
4. Order
4.1 Order Process
The Client selects the products of their choice and adds them to their virtual cart. They can check the contents of their cart at any time and correct any errors. After validating their cart, the Client must log in or create an account on the Site, provide the necessary delivery information, and choose a payment method.
4.2 Order Confirmation
The Client’s order confirmation constitutes acceptance of these TCs. The sale will only be considered final after full payment of the price is received by MLM DISTRIBUTION SAS. An order confirmation will be sent to the Client via email.
4.3 Order Refusal
MLM DISTRIBUTION SAS reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, such as previous payment issues, suspected fraud, or an unusual order in terms of quantity or frequency.
5. Payment
5.1 Payment Methods
Full payment (product and delivery fees) is required upon order. The Client can make payment using the following methods: online payment by credit card, SEPA transfer. Credit card transactions are secured via the AXEPTA BNP PARIBAS ONLINE payment system, which guarantees the confidentiality and protection of the Client’s banking data.
5.2 Non-Payment
In case of non-payment, the order will not be shipped. MLM DISTRIBUTION SAS reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order in the event of non-payment or a problem during payment processing.
5.3 Billing
An electronic invoice will be issued and sent to the Client via email once payment is confirmed. The Client can also access their invoice by logging into their account on the Site.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery Areas
Products are delivered internationally to the address provided by the Client during their order. MLM DISTRIBUTION SAS cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the Client.
6.2 Carrier
Products ordered on the
collectorcarplaques.com site are shipped by UPS. UPS is a trusted provider known for its reliability and fast international delivery times. A tracking number will be provided to the Client to allow real-time tracking of their package.
6.3 Delivery Times
As products are made-to-order, delivery times include production time and vary depending on the specifics of each order, particularly if VIN engraving is requested. Estimated delivery times will be communicated to the Client when the order is confirmed. While MLM DISTRIBUTION SAS strives to meet these deadlines, they may vary depending on the complexity and availability of the materials needed for production and/or local logistical and customs conditions beyond our control.
6.4 Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on the package’s weight, destination, and shipping method chosen by the Client. These fees are added to the total order amount before the order is confirmed.
6.5 Receiving the Products
Upon receiving the package, it is the Client’s responsibility to check the condition of the packaging and products. In case of damage or discrepancy, the Client must notify UPS and inform MLM DISTRIBUTION SAS within 48 hours to process the claim.
7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1 Exercise Conditions
In accordance with applicable law, the Client has a 14-day period from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or incur penalties, except for return shipping costs.
7.2 Return Procedure
The Client must notify MLM DISTRIBUTION SAS of their decision to withdraw in writing (email or registered letter). Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all accessories, and in their original packaging to the following address: MLM DISTRIBUTION SAS, 25 BOULEVARD BEAUSITE 06400 CANNES France
Return shipping costs are the Client’s responsibility.
7.3 Refund
In case of withdrawal, MLM DISTRIBUTION SAS will refund the Client within 14 days of receiving the returned products. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
8. Warranty and Claims
8.1 Legal Warranty
The collectible products sold on the Site benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code). In case of non-conformity or hidden defect, the Client may request repair, replacement, or refund of the product.
8.2 Claims
For any claim regarding a product, the Client is invited to contact MLM DISTRIBUTION SAS customer service at the following address:

8.3 LimitatioLimitation of Liability
MLM DISTRIBUTION SAS cannot be held responsible for indirect or consequential damages related to the purchase of a product on the Site. The liability of MLM DISTRIBUTION SAS is in any event limited to the order amount.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Copyright
All elements of the Site (texts, images, graphics, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of MLM DISTRIBUTION SAS or its partners or licensors. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of any element of the Site, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited without prior written permission from MLM DISTRIBUTION SAS.
9.2 License to Use
Using the Site does not grant any intellectual property rights to the Client over the elements of the Site. The Client is authorized to use these elements exclusively within the scope of the Site’s use and for personal, non-commercial purposes.
10. Data Protection
10.1 Data Collection
Personal data collected during the order process is necessary for processing the order. This data is treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties without the Client’s consent, except where necessary for processing the order (e.g., carriers).
10.2 Client Rights
In accordance with applicable regulations regarding personal data protection, the Client has the right to access, rectify, delete, and port their data, as well as the right to object to the processing of this data. 10.3 Data Security
MLM DISTRIBUTION SAS implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the Client’s personal data from loss, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
11. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
This contract, as well as any contractual relationship between the parties, is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the location of MLM DISTRIBUTION SAS’s registered office will have jurisdiction.
